MUMUK is a regenerative skincare brand founded by Stephanie Sprayregen on the belief that healthy skin aging starts with cellular renewal, and should be offered at a fair price to all faces that have lived a little.

Our bottles are made as sustainably as possible, made with 30% recycled materials. Our bottle is 100% recyclable and our cartons are made out of 100% recycled materials.
Our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, meeting the highest standard of excellence. We work with the best chemists in Switzerland and Sweden to create clean formulas.
We never test on animals. Our product is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We are also Leaping Bunny certified which is a certification that is globally recognized and administered by the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC).
Yes, our products are sulfate and paraben free.
Unopened, MUMUK’s Regenerative Complex has a shelf life of 2 years. Once opened, it has a PAO (Period-After-Opening) of 12 months.
Our products adhere to EU compliance, are fragrance-free and do not contain ingredients that should be avoided by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Our formula has been tested to be safe for all skin-types. However, there is no official regulatory body that certifies products as pregnancy-safe. Therefore, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we advise you to consult your doctor.
A 30 ml bottle should last you one month, when applied twice daily.
Payments, Orders & Returns
Items eligible for returns must be received by our team within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please use our returns and exchanges portal here. All returns will be charged a handling fee which is subtracted from your total refund. Your handling fee is subject to your order value. Refunds reappear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing.
We accept returns for unused products in their original packaging.
Only items purchased directly from mumuk.com are eligible for return. We’re unable to process returns from third-party retailers.
To be eligible for a refund, your return must be received by our team within 14 days of delivery.
Returns received after this window will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Yes—all returns are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations due to a defect, we’ll make it right.
We’re happy to offer a free exchange for defective products once the original item is returned. Just start your request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Once your return is processed, your refund will appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
If you receive any products that are damaged, please report any damages or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at support@mumuk.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) or incorrect product received. Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

- That said, once an order is processed, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations—and address updates may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- Please note: we're unable to cancel individual items within an order. If we’re able to cancel your full order, you’ll get an email confirmation and a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
